HEAD OF HR AT INCOMMODITIES
August 2018 - August 2022
As the Head of HR, I was a central figure in establishing a learning culture at InCommodities. Helping create the psychological safety for feedback to become the backbone of the organization. Applying the principles of wholeness, self-management, and evolutionary purpose, helped InCommodities become a top-performing organization while allowing employees to thrive. I am especially proud of teaching the benefit of 'heart' to a data-driven company, and that in the long run doing the right thing benefits the bottom line.

InCommodities has become one of the strongest employer brands in energy trading. We did this with the recruitment of top talent and with a strategy of optimizing our talent. InCommodities consistently delivered profit per employee beyond all competitors. This required constant optimization of the employees. At InCommodites we have measured everything imaginable, and tested strategies for better performance. Among others personal trainers, mental coaches, bio trackers, biohacking, probiotics, and hydration. We have executed the best team-building events in the business combining active learning with a lot of fun.
HEAD OF OPERATIONS AT CENTRICA ENERGY TRADING
September 2014 - April 2018
When I assumed the position as Head of Operations, the team consisted of two employees, and therefore was unable to provide much to the organisation. Through specialization in the Operations team, we were able to achieve faster, and better performance on Operations tasks. However, for me, it was primarily a talent factory. Over the span of four years we hired and trained 100 employees

January 2011 - August 2014
Danske Commodities is one of the globe's leading energy traders. I started a team with the vision of creating a talent factory, where student employees could have meaningful jobs with actual responsibility, instead of being assistants. In four years the team went from 2 employees to a total of 20+, while ranked #1 in performance (internal survey) and job satisfaction (Great places to work).
